The terms “you”, “your” and “yours” refer to all individuals concerned by this Policy whose personal data is processed by Voltekko, namely those who visit the Voltekko website (the “Site”) and/or contact us via the forms on the Site, the email addresses listed on the Site, or more generally by any other means and/or whose data is shared with us by our partners.

If you are a Voltekko customer, the information about how your data is processed is included in the contracts signed between you and Voltekko.

However, your personal data may be disclosed to authorized third parties (e.g., police or judicial authorities), in accordance with applicable laws, upon formal request, for instance, to prevent fraud on the Site (anti-fraud services).
